Planning:They are very important in marketing. planning helps to focus the mind of companies and marketing teams on the process of marketing i.e. what is going to be achieved and how we intend to do it.
Control: control is the process of monitoring the proposed plans as they proceed and adjusting where necessary.
Evaluation processes:it has to do with the analysing of completed or ongoing activities that determine or support management accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. without evaluation there is danger to the marketing principles, function and activity. the activities will be uncurrent and will no longer fit the market situation.
